Review and oversight of:

The higher education asset protection plan to maintain the physical facilities of our institutions;
Development and coordination of a comprehensive facility master plan;
Real estate transactions including property sales and purchases, real estate exchanges and leases to or by an institution;
System-wide capital improvement and capital development including planning, issuance of revenue and/or general obligation bonds; and general supervision of capital projects.

Review and oversight of:

Budget preparation including development, allocation, modification, and audit;
System-wide Tuition Policy including general tuition and fee pricing, regional contracts and tuition waivers;
Telecommunications infrastructure and software implementation;
Tables of organization;
Special oversight of auxiliary enterprise and enterprise operations (bookstore, housing, dining, W. Alton Jones Campus);
Risk management for the Board of Governors, Board of Regents and the Telecommunications Authority;
Internal and external audits.

(All meetings will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will be held in the Office of Higher Education)
