Directions to the Office of Higher Education

TRAVELING FROM THE NORTH ON INTERSTATE 95

Take Exit 22C Mall. At the bottom of the ramp you must bear to the right onto Kinsley Avenue and move to the left lane. Just follow the road as it makes a U-turn and continues as Promenade Street. Once on Promenade Street, travel about 1/4 mile and the Office of Higher Education is on the right. Enter parking lot and building is on the left.

TRAVELING FROM THE SOUTH ON INTERSTATE 95

Take Exit 22. Bear to left of the exit heading to U.S. Route 6/Route 10. Once on that portion of the ramp, stay to the right and exit for Pleasant Valley Parkway (Providence Place). Follow that exit ramp bearing right onto Kinsley Avenue. Proceed about 0.1 miles on Kinsley Avenue. Turn left onto Bath Street bridge and proceed to stop sign. Proceed straight across Promenade Street into the parking lot; the Office of Higher Education is on your left.

TRAVELING FROM THE EAST ON INTERSTATE 195

From I-195 West merge with I-95 North. Take Exit 22 to U.S. Route 6/R.I. Route 10/Downtown. Bear to left of the exit heading to U.S. Route 6/Route 10. Once on that portion of the ramp, stay to the right and exit for Pleasant Valley Parkway (Providence Place). Follow that exit ramp bearing right onto Kinsley Avenue. Proceed about 0.1 miles on Kinsley Avenue. Turn left onto Bath Street bridge and proceed to stop sign. Proceed straight across Promenade Street into the parking lot; the Office of Higher Education is on your left.

FROM SMITH STREET NEAR THE STATE HOUSE

Go past the State House (on your left) and at the second traffic signal, turn left onto Park Street (you will be parallel to Route 95). At the bottom of the hill, take a right onto Promenade Street. Proceed about 1/4 mile and the Office of Higher Education will on your right. Enter the parking lot and the office is the first building on the left.
