Functions:

Review and strive to improve the metrics and processes for system evaluation;
Monitor improvement processes for Rhode Island's public higher education system;
Seek, identify, and share information on ideas and information from around the globe that might be instructive or helpful to the Board of Governors and/or its staff;
Establish "dashboards" for tracking performance and trends; and
Monitor the Best Practices of other systems to identify successful methods and processes that could further the Board's mission and success of its institutions.
